Process discovery
We document the current workflow, including triggers, decisions, exceptions and handoffs. This often reveals opportunities to simplify the process before introducing another tool or automated step.
LESS REPETITION. MORE POSSIBILITY.
Turn disconnected tools and repetitive tasks into workflows that give your team more room to focus.
Tell us the goal, your current setup and what needs to change.
THE BIG PICTURE
A useful automation should make a process easier to understand, not harder to control. We start with the work your team repeats: handling inquiries, copying information between tools, updating records or preparing routine reports. We map the rules, exceptions and ownership before selecting an integration. Then we build and test workflows with clear logs and human review where decisions need judgment. The goal is less manual coordination with a practical way to notice, recover from and improve the process when something changes.
Your team copies the same information between tools, misses follow-up steps, or spends more time coordinating work than completing it.
WHAT’S POSSIBLE / SCOPE IS AGREED WITH YOU
Select the capabilities your project needs.
Your proposal defines the final deliverables.
We document the current workflow, including triggers, decisions, exceptions and handoffs. This often reveals opportunities to simplify the process before introducing another tool or automated step.
We can connect inquiry forms to customer records, assign leads using agreed rules and prepare follow-up tasks. Duplicate handling, required fields and ownership are part of the design rather than afterthoughts.
We assess the integrations your tools actually support, including access, limits and error behavior. The implementation is shaped around those constraints, with clear handling for unavailable services or incomplete data.
Agreed workflows can support status updates, document preparation, approvals and scheduled reports. Each automation has a defined owner, a visible outcome and boundaries around what happens automatically.
When appropriate, AI can assist with classification, extraction or drafting. We define what can be automated, what must be reviewed and how uncertainty is handled. Sensitive or consequential actions should not rely on unchecked generated output.
We test realistic inputs, repeated requests and common failure cases. The handover explains dependencies, credentials ownership, logs, recovery steps and what ongoing maintenance is included in the agreement.
HOW YOUR PROJECT MOVES FORWARD
Identify repeated tasks, data sources, decision rules and exceptions with the people doing the work.
Connect tools, validate inputs and add the approvals, logs and recovery paths the process needs.
Run representative scenarios, document operations and agree responsibility for future changes.
DEFINE SUCCESS BEFORE MEASURING IT
Manual handoffs, Workflow completion, Exceptions needing review, Time spent per process can all inform the conversation. We agree which indicators matter to your project, what access is required and how often the work should be reviewed.
We also distinguish the output we deliver from the business outcome it may support. A completed page, campaign or workflow is not the same as a guaranteed commercial result. Reporting should explain the difference, record important assumptions and give you practical next actions.
Where data is incomplete, we say so. The aim is to make the next decision clearer, rather than fill a report with impressive-looking numbers that cannot be connected to your goals.
WHY AREE SOLUTIONS
A clear brief, careful work and useful communication.
That’s the kind of partnership we want to build.
We start with your business objective, not a tool we want to sell. The work has a defined purpose and a practical scope.
Marketing, search, software and operations influence each other. We consider the journey across those boundaries.
You know what is included, what needs your input and what happens next. Changes are discussed before they become surprises.
Your business retains ownership of its accounts. Access, approvals and handover responsibilities are clearly defined.
A STRONG START
You do not need a perfect brief. A useful starting point is an honest picture of the business, what you have tried and where the current setup gets in the way.
Explain the service, product or process you want to improve and what a useful outcome would look like. If several priorities compete, we help identify a sensible first step.
Share relevant website links, tools, existing materials and available reports. Access is requested only when it is necessary for the agreed work; passwords should not be sent through an inquiry form.
Choose someone who can provide feedback and confirm decisions. Clear ownership and timely approvals help keep the project aligned and avoid contradictory instructions from different stakeholders.
Tell us about deadlines, budget expectations, platform limitations and dependencies on other teams. Raising these early makes the proposal more realistic and the trade-offs easier to understand.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
No invented package price.
A written quote for the work you actually need.
For businesses that need clarity before committing to a build.
For a website, campaign or workflow with a defined outcome.
For agreed work that benefits from a regular review cycle.
BEFORE ANY WORK BEGINS
Your written proposal specifies the agreed outputs, review stages, timeline assumptions and responsibilities. It also makes exclusions visible: third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, licensed assets or work outside the agreed deliverables are not silently included. If a dependency changes, we discuss the effect on scope, timing and fees before proceeding.
Fees are quoted in USD and billed according to the accepted milestones or recurring schedule. A request for additional work is assessed separately and requires agreement. Service cancellations and any refund assessment follow the accepted proposal, completed work, committed costs and applicable rights. You can review our service terms before starting a conversation.
We agree what documentation, files, account access or operational guidance is handed over. Maintenance is a distinct responsibility: tools change, campaigns need review and software can require updates. A support period or ongoing engagement is included only when it is explicitly defined, so both sides know what happens after delivery.

Ask a questionOften, provided they offer supported APIs, webhooks or integrations. We review the specific tools and access requirements before promising a connection. Unsupported or fragile integrations are discussed during discovery.
That depends on where it is deployed. Cloud-hosted workflows can run independently of a personal laptop. Local workers stop when their host is unavailable, so hosting and recovery requirements are agreed explicitly.
Not reliably for every process. We identify steps that need deterministic rules, validation or human approval. AI-assisted actions are scoped to the task, and uncertain outputs should have a safe review path.
The design should account for retries, error visibility and recovery. We discuss how failures are reported and who responds. Exact monitoring and support arrangements are included in the agreed scope.
Your business should retain ownership of the tools and accounts. Credentials are managed securely and are not placed in public browser code. Access is limited to the permissions required for the integration.
Where the underlying tools support it, workflows use identifiers, validation and idempotent operations to reduce duplicates. Repeated requests and partial failures are part of the testing plan for the specific workflow.
Only when specified. Third-party APIs, subscriptions and processes can change after launch. A proposal defines the handover, any support period and the scope of an ongoing maintenance arrangement.
Choose a repeated process with clear inputs, a known owner and a measurable outcome. A bounded first workflow is easier to validate and provides useful evidence before expanding automation across the business.
