Audience & positioning
We clarify who you want to reach, what they need and what makes your offer relevant. This includes reviewing your existing messaging, customer questions and competitors so creative decisions have a useful starting point.
MAKE YOUR BRAND MATTER
Connect your brand with the right people through considered campaigns, creative content and a clear marketing plan.
Tell us the goal, your current setup and what needs to change.
THE BIG PICTURE
More activity does not automatically make better marketing. A business can publish every day, run several campaigns and still struggle to explain why someone should buy. We start by connecting your audience, offer and customer journey. Then we build a practical marketing plan that gives each channel a job: introduce the brand, answer a question, earn an inquiry or support a sale. The result is a coordinated approach to creative, distribution and measurement, shaped around your business rather than a generic posting calendar.
Your content looks disconnected, campaign results are difficult to interpret, or leads are arriving without the context your sales team needs.
WHAT’S POSSIBLE / SCOPE IS AGREED WITH YOU
Select the capabilities your project needs.
Your proposal defines the final deliverables.
We clarify who you want to reach, what they need and what makes your offer relevant. This includes reviewing your existing messaging, customer questions and competitors so creative decisions have a useful starting point.
We map objectives to channels, landing pages and follow-up. The plan defines the offer, audience, creative requirements, budget assumptions and approval points before campaign production begins.
We develop the agreed mix of campaign concepts, copy and visual direction. A content calendar connects topics to audience needs instead of treating every post as an isolated design task.
Where included in scope, we organize campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing and budget monitoring. Advertising spend is paid separately to the platform, and changes are reviewed against the agreed objectives.
We examine the journey after someone clicks. Message consistency, form clarity, mobile usability and a clear next step help the campaign and website work together rather than create two different experiences.
Reports explain what happened, what the available data can support and what we recommend next. We distinguish platform activity from meaningful business outcomes, especially when attribution is incomplete.
HOW YOUR PROJECT MOVES FORWARD
Review your business goals, customer profile, current channels and available campaign data.
Agree the channel plan, creative direction, landing-page requirements and launch checklist.
Release approved work, monitor agreed indicators and refine the next creative or audience test.
DEFINE SUCCESS BEFORE MEASURING IT
Qualified inquiries, Conversion paths, Cost per agreed outcome, Creative learnings can all inform the conversation. We agree which indicators matter to your project, what access is required and how often the work should be reviewed.
We also distinguish the output we deliver from the business outcome it may support. A completed page, campaign or workflow is not the same as a guaranteed commercial result. Reporting should explain the difference, record important assumptions and give you practical next actions.
Where data is incomplete, we say so. The aim is to make the next decision clearer, rather than fill a report with impressive-looking numbers that cannot be connected to your goals.
WHY AREE SOLUTIONS
A clear brief, careful work and useful communication.
That’s the kind of partnership we want to build.
We start with your business objective, not a tool we want to sell. The work has a defined purpose and a practical scope.
Marketing, search, software and operations influence each other. We consider the journey across those boundaries.
You know what is included, what needs your input and what happens next. Changes are discussed before they become surprises.
Your business retains ownership of its accounts. Access, approvals and handover responsibilities are clearly defined.
A STRONG START
You do not need a perfect brief. A useful starting point is an honest picture of the business, what you have tried and where the current setup gets in the way.
Explain the service, product or process you want to improve and what a useful outcome would look like. If several priorities compete, we help identify a sensible first step.
Share relevant website links, tools, existing materials and available reports. Access is requested only when it is necessary for the agreed work; passwords should not be sent through an inquiry form.
Choose someone who can provide feedback and confirm decisions. Clear ownership and timely approvals help keep the project aligned and avoid contradictory instructions from different stakeholders.
Tell us about deadlines, budget expectations, platform limitations and dependencies on other teams. Raising these early makes the proposal more realistic and the trade-offs easier to understand.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
No invented package price.
A written quote for the work you actually need.
For businesses that need clarity before committing to a build.
For a website, campaign or workflow with a defined outcome.
For agreed work that benefits from a regular review cycle.
BEFORE ANY WORK BEGINS
Your written proposal specifies the agreed outputs, review stages, timeline assumptions and responsibilities. It also makes exclusions visible: third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, licensed assets or work outside the agreed deliverables are not silently included. If a dependency changes, we discuss the effect on scope, timing and fees before proceeding.
Fees are quoted in USD and billed according to the accepted milestones or recurring schedule. A request for additional work is assessed separately and requires agreement. Service cancellations and any refund assessment follow the accepted proposal, completed work, committed costs and applicable rights. You can review our service terms before starting a conversation.
We agree what documentation, files, account access or operational guidance is handed over. Maintenance is a distinct responsibility: tools change, campaigns need review and software can require updates. A support period or ongoing engagement is included only when it is explicitly defined, so both sides know what happens after delivery.

More on your mind? Tell us what you need.
Ask a questionYes, a proposal can combine content planning, organic social activity and paid campaign management. We define which channels are included, who supplies production materials and which approvals are needed before work begins.
Not unless a proposal explicitly includes it. Media spend is separate from our service fees and should remain visible in your own advertising accounts. We agree budget limits before launching paid activity.
No. Results depend on the offer, competition, budget, tracking, sales follow-up and customer demand. We agree relevant measures, document assumptions and use results to guide decisions without promising a fixed return.
Content production can be included. The proposal specifies copy, formats, quantities, source assets and revision rounds. Product photography, video production and licensed assets are discussed separately when needed.
Yes. Existing brand guidelines, approved messaging and customer insights become the starting point. If the identity or offer needs clarification, we identify that work rather than silently changing the brand.
Your business should retain ownership of its accounts and data. Access is granted only for agreed work, with appropriate permissions. We do not require you to surrender ownership of an established account.
We agree the review contact, submission format and approval timetable at kickoff. Campaigns and material budget changes need the agreed approval before launch; delays in feedback can move the delivery schedule.
Yes. An initial review can examine targeting, creative, landing pages and measurement. We recommend prioritized changes based on evidence rather than assuming every campaign needs to be rebuilt.
